Meet Our Team
Brent was raised in a ministry family and followed his father’s career to become a Minister. He graduated from Lincoln Christian College in 1978 with a Bachelor’s Degree, Preaching. He has been in the ministry since his graduation. Brent came to Milford Christian Church in 2001 as the Administrative Minister.
Brent has served in several churches as Youth Minister, Administrative Minister, Associate Minister, and currently serves as Senior Minister of Milford Christian Church.
Brent has been married to his wife, Kathie, since 1994, and they have four children and four grandchildren. When he is not ministering to the Milford community, he enjoys reading a good book, working around the house, and spending time with his family.

C came to Milford Christian Church in April 2007 as an interim youth pastor and has never looked back. She loves everything about Student Ministry.
Now as Discipleship Pastor, she continues to work with students, even as they grow out of high school. She loves to see people of all ages continue to grow in their faith.
C loves hanging out with friends, spending time with family, knitting, and playing board games.

Kyle Allen has been a member of Milford Christian Church since 1985 and has been filling the Sanctuary with songs of praise for over 20 years! Kyle has been the Worship Minister since 2012.
Kyle loves the Milford Christian Church! He loves God and he loves music! This is why he loves getting up early (on Sunday mornings) to the lead the congregation.

Ed has worked in the ministry since 2002 and spent his first 10 years as Youth Minister at Centennial Christian Church in Watseka. He returned to Milford Christian Church in 2012 and led the Junior Worship program as their Minister for 10 years.
Currently, Ed serves as the Senior’s Minister for Milford Christian Church, as well as supporting other Ministries. As part of his mission within the church, Ed works every day “To Make a Lasting Difference in Your Life, in our Community, and in the World!”

Julie began attending the Milford Christian Church in 1999, and became the Executive Assistant in 2005. She has also been the Chair of the Fellowship Committee, serving for over 20 years in that capacity.
Julie resides in rural Watseka with her husband, Darrin. They have two daughters, Brittany and Abby, and three grandchildren, Lane, Ella, and Jace. When not serving at the church, she helps on the family farm, is a 4-H Leader for the Watseka Wild Clovers, and serves as the Backstage Director for the National Sweetheart Pageant.
In her free time, she enjoys spoiling her grandchildren, spending time with family and friends, baking, shopping, and relaxing on the beach in Florida.

Rick has been a member of Milford Christian Church since early 2000 and is currently serving as the Church Administrator. He has also worked with the Youth Ministry between 2001 and 2005.
Rick’s background is in the administration of specialty response, emergency management, and specialized training programs for the nation’s emergency services and disaster response leaders. He has worked at the local, state, and federal levels of government in emergency response and recovery from natural and manmade disasters.
Along with supporting the weekly business needs of MCC, Rick also supports the many ministries, teams, and MCC Board activities necessary for the growth of God's Church in Milford.
Rick has been married to his wife, Judy, since 1978 and they have 7 children, 13 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. He is the Senior Vice Commander of the local American Legion Post and is very active in meeting the needs of Veterans in Iroquois County, IL. His other interests are supporting his children in their professional and personal endeavors, restoring classic vehicles, woodworking, and spending time with his family.

Darla has served Milford Christian Church continuously since she was in high school in various positions, which included secretary and bookkeeper. She is currently the bookkeeper for the church, having held this position since around 2005.
Darla is married to her husband, Jay, and they have 5 children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as camping in our great nation.
